It's that time of the year again. We look back at how we did last year and either cheer or cry. In either case we need to be thinking about the future. A good year gives us a new bar to shoot for. A not so good year means we need to plan smarter. Both situations require a review of our staffs from top to bottom - a new year's staffing resolution. Is everyone working at 110 percent? Watch for burn-out. Maybe it's time to add to the staff to allow that increased production and extra sales to help us leap over that new bar. Got some stragglers in the group?
