360 - Outside Sales Representative

 

This is a Phoenix, AZ position.  The company prefers a local candidate but will look at the right person from outside the area.  You need prior experience with containers, plastic, glass and closures.

 

359 - Sales Representative

 

This company sells boxes but is expanding into packaging supplies.  This position is in the Los Angeles, southern California areas.  $3,000 salary plus commission with the salary decreasing each month until you are on a straight commission.  Their reps have been very successful with this program. 

 

361 - Sales Representative

 

This label manufacturer is expanding its business.  They are willing to take a green candidate with good work ethics and train him/her in the business.  Located in Florida and you may work from your home.

358 - Corrugated Sales With Graphics Experience

Responsible for total sales and marketing management of assigned territory to include the elements of pricing, market analysis, planning, development and sales and marketing program implementation in accordance with plant, region and division objectives.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Participate in the training of sales trainees and sales professionals
  • Make joint calls and presentations; contributes to the development of respective marketing programs.
  • Perform special projects or assignments as directed by plant and division management.
  • Serve as representative at various industrial functions to include speeches and presentations as required.
  • Conduct special studies, as directed, to obtain data required for use in management planning and evaluation.
  • In the absence of an assistant sales manager, contribute to the administrative functions when called upon by plant management.
  • Support and use the ISO 9001 processes to improve the quality of the information required to produce quality products for the customers.

Sales manager for Connecticut facility.  You would start out managing two outside sales reps.  This facility manufactures folding cartons for dry / frozen food products.

 

355 - Shift Supervisor

  • Manage and coach personnel to perform job functions in a safe, efficient manner while obtaining the highest quality product in the corrugated industry.
  • Manage, coach and develop personnel to insure the most educated, motivated, safest work force in the industry.
  • Provide training to develop personnel.
  • Facilitate crew meetings, scheduling function on the plant floor and move crews and schedules in order to manage order flow through the plant in a safe manner.
  • Identify issues, develop action plans and implement process improvement to increase awareness for safety, efficiencies, quality, maintenance and environmental issues.
  • Administer the labor contract .
  • Assure that weekly clean ups and monthly p.m. schedules are adhered to.

338 - Quality Supervisor

Assist Quality Manager in efforts to fully implement TIQP.  Support quality methods developed by monitoring and auditing current processes.  Engage employees in Quality by communicating awareness of tools and methods established.  Located in central Indiana.

Duties include:

  • Safely coaching operators and crews on quality tools and procedures
  • Conduct internal quality audits – 1.)  PQV audits, and 2.) Outgoing product quality audits
  • Coordinate immediate actions required on customer complaints by using caWeb
  • Perform gage calibration
  • Member of the Quality Steering Committee
  • Daily activities will include working with crews to solve quality issues and communicating these issues between departments (i.e. production, customer service, etc.)
  • Conduct Quality training and SOPs as needed
  • Coordinate supplier complaints
  • Work schedule will rotate between 3 shifts
  • Could eventually move up to the Manager position, into production supervision, sales, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

High School degree required; college technical B.S. degree preferred.  Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment combined with leadership and communication skills.  Knowledge of quality systems, corrugating processes and ISO9001 a plus.

Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational systems and problem-solving techniques and a sense of curiosity.  Requires ability to deal with diverse groups of people.  Proficiency with MS Office – caWeb experience a plus

339 - Packaging Supplies Sales

Company has business in Birmingham but no reps.  You must bring 3MM-5MM+  range, excluding corrugated and without a non-compete.    

340 - Sales Reps

 

Our client is looking for sales people with packaging experience both inside and outside. They carry a complete line of stock cartons (brown box), all tapes, stretch film and janitorial supplies. They broker all made to order (Custom Made boxes). They have a large warehouse and carry over 1,000 sizes of new over-run, misprint and once-used corrugated boxes including "Gaylord Containers". You will receive leads from the company and make cold calls. Bring a book of business and receive salary (draw), commission, auto expense, profit sharing plan and a health plan.  Located in the Chicago area.

326 - Plant Manager

Plant manager with experience in labels and film. $65K starting salary. Prefer someone from a small to medium sized company. Our client wants a plant manager that has had 100-150 people, not someone who handled 500 to 1000 etc.  Folding carton, film or label experience is good. Located in South Carolina.

331 - Superintendent of Scheduling/Training

Experienced scheduling/training superintendent for blown film Midwest location. May be called process technician in the industry. Pay range is around $50,000.  Company would pay some relocation for the right person.  This position is located in St. Louis, Mo.

Primary duties are scheduling, training new employees in how to make film and oversee maintenance of machinery for Plant Manager.  Second shift position but candidate can chose hours such as 4 to 11PM, 3 to 10, 5 to 11 or 6 to 1AM.

333 - Customer Service Rep - Indianapolis

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative I, accountable for customer satisfaction through internal
and external communication - coordinating changes or special requests with internal Sales, Scheduling/Planning, Shipping, Accounting and Design teams. Computer based account management including warehouse analysis, estimating, new and repeat order entry, on-time delivery, customer request details, and continuous improvement efforts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Graduate. Previous Customer Service experience desired. Self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational systems and problem-solving techniques and knowledge. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects; mathematical ability (decimal and fractions); typing proficiency with Windows-based computer experience; MS Office and HRMS experience a plus. Salary range is anywhere from $30,000 to $45,000, depending on position and experience.

332 - Customer Support Rep

Experienced (3 years +) corrugated customer service rep needed in Atlanta. The company uses a manufacturing focused software program that is specific to the industry called Zytek.  Experience in Zytek is not mandatory. The right candidate will be trained in Zytek.  You should already be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel, as this computer literacy would make it all the more easier to learn Zytek.

334 - Sales Representative

Sales rep selling boxes and packaging supplies. Territory is San Francisco/Oakland, CA.  $60-65 base salary.  No commission, but yearly bonus and profit sharing paid in December.  Medical/dental and 401K with 4% match. 3 years outside sales experience and degree are minimum requirements.

336 - Sales Coach/Manager

Sales Coach to 8 sales reps, for Bay Area, San Fran/San Jose/Oakland. You will make outside calls at least 2 days per week. Also make joint calls & audits with reps. You will maintain your own territory in the San Mateo region. No commission, but 80-85K salary, yearly bonus, profit sharing paid each December, medical/dental, 401k with 4% match.

Sales reps selling boxes and packaging supplies. Territory is Van Nuys/Santa Clarita/Valencia known as Magic Mountain area. Salary is $60-65k. No commission but yearly bonus and profit sharing paid in Dec. Medical/dental, 401 K w/4% match

283 - Folding Carton Project Manager, Customer Service

Candidate will manage smooth communication between the customers and all internal departments.  This project manager position requires extensive interaction between all departments to provide a record of accurate and reliable information pertaining to the customer’s specifications through all phases of estimating, order entry, production, shipping/inventory and billing.  Project managers must have an excellent understanding of the printing and packaging industries.  Company is located in Massachusetts.

Our client in North Carolina is looking for an experienced folding carton salesperson, as well as someone to sell rigid setup boxes.

278 - Ink Sales

Chemistry degree not prerequisite for sales position, but would be added bonus.  A person with some lab formulating background, possessing a sales personality would be good target.  Position is in the NYC area.

274 - Folding Carton/Print Packaging Sales

Candidate needs 5+ years of experience in folding carton-print packaging sales.  Position requires knowledge of offset printing, flexo, die-cutting and folding/gluing.  Experience with markets such as food, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical/healthcare, tobacco and apparel are desired, international sales/business experience is a plus.  This Charlotte-based position offers a competitive salary draw, an attractive commission structure, paid business expenses and a competitive benefits package. 

266 - Shop Foreman

Candidate should be capable of designing and building wooden crates and shipping containers.  Job duties include operating tools and equipment, and supervising shop personnel.  Being bilingual in English and Spanish would be a plus.  Position is in the Atlanta area.

244 - Packaging Supplies Sales

Our client is looking for a "hunter" with $1.5-$2 million in sales of packaging supplies.  The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree.  Someone with $1.5 million in corrugated sales (not from an integrator) would be ideal.  This position is in the metro Charlotte area.

243 - Packaging Supplies/Equipment Sales

This position is for sales of industrial packaging, equipment and supply chain management.  Client is searching for an entrepreneurial sales professional with experience as a hunter of new business who will be able to demonstrate effective skill in prospecting, pre-qualifying, planning, selling and implementation.  Experience with providing custom packaging products and consultative sales solutions based on providing value, not just being price driven is essential.  Candidate should have three years in industrial sales plus two years in packaging.  Home office is in Nashville, territory will include southern Kentucky, middle Tennessee and northern Alabama.

237 - Flexo Production/Operations Manager

Candidate must have strong interpersonal/communications skills, very strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and must have solid experience running a flexo shop within the $4mm to $12mm range.  Position pays $70-80K based upon experience, plus bonus.  Position is in southern California.

Customer service rep with solid label/flexo experience needed.  Position is in southern California.

145 - Corrugated Sales

Outside corrugated salesperson needed.  Territory is a 150 radius of Raleigh, North Carolina.

151 - Folding Carton Sales

5-10 years of sales experience required.  Must have $1 million book of business in folding cartons in the Northeast.

148 - Purchasing

Coordinates activities involved with procuring goods and services for resale or converting. Prepare quotes for salespersons and customers, selects suppliers, assists sales persons in pricing of products, prepares purchase orders and enters it into the computer.  Position is in Tennessee.

150 - Packaging Engineer

Engineer needed for a corrugated manufacturer in Tennessee.  1-3 years of experience necessary.  Candidate will provide value-added services to the customer, perform facility audits to increase sales, grow the business, and provide cost-saving initiatives to the customer.

144 - Label Sales

Outside label salespeople needed in Kentucky and Alabama.  Candidates should have over three years of experience in business-to-business printing or packaging sales.
